With a greater emphasis on the role of the set piece in Rugby, it is vitally important that all coaches are aware and feel confident with coaching and developing the many skills involved in order to provide safe and effective coaching methods for their players.
Structure and safety in coaching sessions are two of the most important factors when coaching set piece skills with players of all levels and abilities, as it allows the coach to deliver a more enjoyable and productive session.
